I would like to recommend Mr. Summerday and his business as a great valve for preserving and extending the life of vinyl and fabric awnings. We have over 20 bicycle shelters and awnings over various entries with vinyl or tarp covers. Since we have hired Steve to clean and maintain our awnings once a year, our awnings look like new and relieves my staff of this task. He has “reconditioned” 4 or 5 which allowed us to “not” replace, and appears it will extend their life by 3-5 years.
In conclusion, please allow Steve to demonstrate what he can do, and then make your own decision on whether his service is of value. We feel maintaining our awnings, as we do our windows and roofs, is money well spent.

Steve from Quality Awning Care came to look at the awning on my office building. I had tried to replace the awning thinking there was no hope to clean and seal it to look professional. Steve gave us a bid to clean and seal the old awning and it was very reasonable so we had him do the job. I am amazed that the awning looks like new even though it is 12 years old. He is on contract now to clean it every 6 months and we are delighted. I highly recommend Steve and his company for your awning cleaning and refurbishing needs.
